U.S. Representative Tom DeLay has more legal trouble.
Late Monday afternoon, a Texas Grand Jury indicted DeLay for money laundering. Last week, a different grand jury indicted DeLay on a conspiracy charge. That forced DeLay to temporarily step down as House Majority leader.
Both indictments accuse DeLay and two political associates of conspiring to violate Texas' ban on corporate campaign contributions. DeLay says he's innocent.
