Nursing Home Evacuees To Fly Home From Lubbock Tuesday - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Thirty-four Hurricane Rita evacuees remain in Lubbock, but Tuesday, they'll be flying home.

The evacuees arrived in Lubbock nearly two weeks ago. The evacuees are currently staying at four extended care facilities in Lubbock.

The return has been delayed due to damage at the Baytown Nursing Home where most of those evacuees came from. A return flight is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
