Woman Sentenced To Six Years In Jail In Identity Theft Case

A woman who was stealing from un-locked cars will now spend the next six years "locked up" in jail.

Thursday morning, Molly Garcia pleaded guilty to various identity theft charges. A judge sentenced her to six years in state jail. Police arrested Garcia at the La Quinta Inn on Avenue Q in April. She admitted to stealing credit cards, check books, driver's licenses and social security cards from unlocked cars.
