Lubbock Federal Jury Convicts Man In Child Pornography Case

A Lubbock federal jury convicted a man Thursday on 111 counts in a child pornography case.

The verdict comes after three days of trial. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 49-year-old Ricky Lynn Cole set up three Yahoo accounts and posted numerous images of child pornography on the internet.

Cole faces a fine up to $250,000 for each count and a prison sentence anywhere from 5 to 20 years.
