Slaton Prepares For Annual Sausage Festival - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Klemke Sausage Haus in Slaton started "stuffing" sausage Tuesday for the annual St. Joseph Sausage Festival. The festival starts Saturday with sausage and home-made bread being sold by the pound. On Sunday, there's a lunch, games, quilt show and raffles.

All events are at St.Joseph Parish hall, located at 21st and Division in Slaton.
