Lubbock Sheriff's Office
One of the so called "take over bandits" is going to prison for the rest of his life. You'll recall Guadalupe Fajardo turned himself in to Slaton Police in November of 2004.
He was wanted for a Dallas area bank robbery that led to a car jacking and then a shoot out with police. 32-year-old Fajardo pleaded guilty to attempted capital murder and aggravated robbery charges.
He was sentenced to two concurrent life prison terms Tuesday.
