Accused Sexual Predator Indicted - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The 19-year-old Lubbock man accused of exposing himself to a 6-year-old girl now faces federal charges.

A federal grand jury indicted David Kennimer Wednesday, on two counts of production of child pornography. Investigators say Kennimer lured the child into a secluded area at Dupre Elementary school last month, claiming he wanted to take her picture. He allegedly exposed himself and sexually assaulted her.

Police later searched his home and found two images which lead to the two count indictment.
