Shooting Suspect Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter

One of the brothers charged in the murder of Ernesto Cabrera pleaded guilty to manslaughter Thursday.

A Lubbock judge sentenced Albert Jimenez to two years in jail for driving the car in the drive-by shooting. Jimenez's older brother, Daniel, is accused of pulling the trigger.

The shooting happened in a parking lot in the 2100 Block of 50th Street on October 19th, 2003.
