Fund Established For Shooting Victim - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock County detention officer is improving but her family is asking for your help. Patricia Romero is in serious condition at University Medical Center with a gunshot wound to her back. Police say she was shot with her own gun. Romero's husband, Justo Mendez remains jailed, charged with aggravated assault for the shooting.
