Saturday is annual Make a Difference Day and one Lubbock church is making a difference by making sack lunches for those less fortunate.
"Some of these folks, this is the only meal they have during the day. And we're suppose to help out the less fortunate," Virginia Dean said.
It's the forth year that Sunday school kids from Shepherd King Lutheran Church have made these sack lunches. The lunches are given to the homeless and day laborers though the Neighborhood House - which has been distributing the sack lunches for more than 10 years.
