Eating some good food, and making a child's wish come true. Tortillas and fajitas were just a few of the juicy treats served at the Make-A-Wish Fajita Fest Sunday. It was held inside the Four Bar-K Ranch Restaurant. Money raised benefit's the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Lubbock.
"They're kids, they have life threatening illnesses and we needed to grant them these wishes so that they can get away from their illness for a little while," said Make-A-Wish director, Angie Graham.
The Fajita Fest was started by the family of a Wish Child in 1999 and it was such a big event for the foundation that it was brought back this year.
