Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Kennimer - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted a 19-year-old man accused of exposing himself to a six year old girl.

David Kennimer is now indicted on charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual performance by a child and possession of child pornography. He's already been indicted on federal charges.

Investigators say Kennimer lured a six-year-old into a secluded area at Dupre Elementary school last month, claiming he wanted to take her picture. He allegedly exposed himself, and then sexually assaulted her. Police later searched his home and computer.

You'll recall, just one day after Kennimer's arrest, Lubbock ISD changed its security policy at Dupre. Now all except the front doors are locked.
