West Texas Soldier Dies In Iraq

The death toll in Iraq has now reached the 2,000 mark. That news comes on the same day the Department of Defense listed a West Texas casualty.

Army Sgt. Jacob Dones, of Dimmitt, died in Iraq last Thursday. The 21-year-old was killed when his base was attacked by enemy forces.
