Hockley County Grand Jury Indicts Santana - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Just five days after his arrest, a Hockley County Grand Jury has indicted Frank Santana for aggravated assault.

Santana's 20-day run from the law came to an end in Lubbock last Friday. He's accused of raping an Anton woman and beating her husband. NewsChannel 11 was the only station to capture Santana's arrest.

Meanwhile, the man Santana is accused of beating remains in satisfactory condition at UMC. His mother tells us his injuries still prevent him from speaking.
