Robots Repair the Hubble - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Area junior high and high school students faced off Saturday at Estacado High School as they deployed their robots to make repairs on a mock Hubble Telescope. Using a remote control, students maneuvered their robot to power down the aging telescope, exchange Hubble's drained batteries for new ones and restart the satellite. The competition is organized by Texas Tech University's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
