Judge Excused In DeLay's Trial - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Democratic Judge Bob Perkins will not be presiding over Congressman Tom DeLay's trial in Austin.

Tuesday, an Austin judge agreed to grant DeLay a new judge for his money laundering and conspiracy trial. DeLay's lawyers argued that Perkins could be bias.

The new judge has not yet been named.
