Main Street Condos Available For Purchase - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The first phase of the Main Street Condominiums are now complete and available for purchase. The condos are part of the North Overton Redevelopment Project.

"The proximity to Tech campus, and downtown, we felt like there was a real need for this type of housing," said Andy Anderson, a McDougal Properties real estate agent.

The three story, three bedroom condos offer 1,800 square feet and two car garages. Each condo is $175,000.
