Man Found Dead on Lubbock Sidewalk - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock homicide detectives are investigating the death of a homeless man. The body of 49-year-old David Earl Medlock was found on the sidewalk in the 1700 block of Avenue M early Saturday morning. It is unknown how he did, but an investigation is underway.
