Nearly 31,000 Lubbock voters made their opinion known in the Texas Constitutional Amendment election.
Proposition one passed. It creates the rail relocation and improvement funds. Voters overwhelmingly approved Proposition two which defines marriage between one man and one woman. Propositions three and four also passed. Voters rejected Proposition five which would've allowed the government to set interest rates on commercial loans. Propositions six, seven and eight also passed. Proposition nine, dealing with mobility board terms also failed.
