Lubbock DA Calls For Second Check Raid

For the second time this month the Lubbock District Attorney's Office ordered a hot check raid.

That's when Lubbock authorities make surprise visits to the homes of accused hot check writers. They are arrested and taken into the Lubbock Jury pool room, where they have a chance to pay their fines or go to jail.
