TTU Secures $2.7 Million In Federal Funds - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Texas Tech will receive $2.7 million for three research initiatives. Congressman Randy Neugebauer helped secure the funding with two House bills.

The money will be used for law enforcement research with the institute of forensic sciences at Tech. $1.5 million will go for wind power research. The rest will go toward a joint research initiative with NASA.
