Domestic Violence Leads To Traffic Accident

Signs of domestic violence were evident Monday morning, just minutes before a Lubbock man crashed into a tree.

Police say Lee Marcus Reyes forced himself into his wife's vehicle Monday morning and held her to the floorboard until he ran into a tree at 38th and Raleigh. Reyes is now charges with unlawful restraint. His wife, Beatrice is being treated for moderate injuries at Covenant Medical Center.
