Testimony Begins Tuesday In Deadly Hit & Run Case - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Police linked Ricky Crawford to the crime with a windshield wiper blade, and Tuesday, jurors will begin listening to testimony in the hit and run case that killed 46-year-old Sheila Austin.

Ricky Crawford is charged with failure to stop and render aid. Police believe he's the driver that hit bicyclist Sheila Austin last November and fled the scene. They found his wiper blade in the street and later arrested him when they matched that blade to his car. Austin died two days after she was hit.
