West TX Coalition Gives Proposal Wednesday - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The West Texas Coalition is in Washington D.C. preparing its sales pitch for the George W. Bush Presidential Library.

The coalition will give its presentation at eight o'clock Wednesday morning. We're told the selection committee will include White House Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove, Harriet Miers and the president's brother Marvin Bush.
