Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Chase Suspect - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Rebecca Scoggins has a court date to look forward to after the Lubbock Grand Jury indicted her on three charges Tuesday.

Scoggins is accused of stealing her grandmother's car and then leading police on a high speed chase back in October. The chase lasted thirty minutes and ended in the 1900 Block of North Tulip.
