Eight Indicted Following Central Lubbock Drug Bust

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted eight people following a drug bust nearly two weeks ago.

The bust happened on November 11th, at a home in the 2000 Block of 17th Street, which is blocks away from Lubbock High School. Authorities arrested eight people and sent at least one child to Child Protective Services.

20-year-old Barry Tillis, 17-year-old Vyron York, 17-year-old Charles Taylor, 19-year-old Misty Johnson, 21-year-old Deandre Byrd and 20-year-old Latadrick Shed were all indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance.

41-year-old Linda Taylor and 24-year-old Teronica Taylor were indicted on two counts, one for possession of controlled substance and the other for endangering a child.
