Cotton Truck Fire Delays Traffic

Traffic on the Slaton Highway is slowed to a crawl and visibility is extremely poor.

NewsChannel 11 captured images of a cotton truck fire from our towercam.  Firefighters are working to put the fire out on the Slaton Highway at Farm Road 1585. Sparks from the blaze have ignited additional grassfires in the area and that has slowed holiday traffic.
