How to Help Others This Holiday Season

While out Christmas shopping pick up an extra gift for an area child in need. The Salvation Army "Angel Tree" is now at the South Plains Mall. Each ornament represents a Christmas wish. The tree is located in front of Mervyn's department store.

You can also help stuff the chimney this Christmas! The drive provides gifts to the women, children and families served by Women's Protective Services. WPS asks that the gifts are new and unwrapped. You can drop off your donation at Dona Petra's Mexican Restaurant or any Bodyworks Fitness location.

Hundreds of kids with the Children's Protective Services need you this holiday season. McDonald's is teaming up to make sure these kid-o's have something to open this Christmas. All you have to do to help is drop off a new unwrapped toy at any Lubbock, Levelland or Plainview McDonald's location. Toys are needed for children of all ages including infants and teens.
