Speeding Suspected In Southwest Lubbock Crash

Two teens remain hospitalized after a crash early Saturday morning. According to Lubbock Police, two 14-year-olds were speeding in a Southwest Lubbock neighborhood when the driver lost control and slammed the car into a house in the 3800 Block of 96th Street.

EMS took both boys to UMC. The driver remains in serious condition, his passenger is in satisfactory condition.

Fortunately, no one inside the home was injured.
