Lubbock Authorities Arrest Dallas Murder Suspect - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Dallas Police Detectives came to Lubbock Wednesday to question a murder suspect.

Wednesday morning, Lubbock police arrested 25-year-old Samuel Artur Freeman at a duplex in the 1700 Block of Elkhart. Neighbors tell NewsChannel 11 they were shocked to learn a murder suspect was living next door. Freeman was carrying a gun when he was arrested. He's accused of shooting three people in NorthEast Dallas on November 1st. One of them died.
