Lubbock Codes Officers Inspect Monterey Neighborhood - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock Codes Enforcement officers were out and about Thursday. This time they inspected the Wheelock - Monterey neighborhood. The officers were in search of junk vehicles and substandard housing, among other violations.
