Sleep Study on Pre-Schoolers

How much sleep is your pre-schooler getting? A study at Brown Medical School says little ones today are not getting the shut-eye they need, something that can lead to attention problems and difficulty in school. The study in the journal Sleep followed more than 150 toddlers through kindergarden, and determined that most today are getting less than 10 hours of sleep a day, including naps. That is compared to the recommended 12 to 15 hours a day they need.
