South Plains Doctor Remains On Suspension

A South Plains doctor is still on suspension.

This week, the Texas Medical Board reaffirmed Dr. James Stephen Jones' license suspension. After listening to evidence, the board decided Jones was still a threat to the public.

The board first suspended Jones in October for drug use. He was working at the Lamb Health Care Center in Littlefield and the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
