Nelson Placed Under House Arrest - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Littlefield man accused of embezzling $70-million from a Snyder-based oil company will spend a lot of time at home now.

On Monday, Federal Magistrate Nancy Koenig placed Jonathan Nelson under house arrest. Nelson can only leave his parents' home to attend church, make court appearances or to seek medical attention.

The ruling also denies Nelson contact with any potential witnesses or victims in the case including his wife.
