Man Pleads Guilty in Sexual Assault Case - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An Iowa man who seduced a 13-year-old girl online and lured her to a Lubbock hotel should learn his sentence in January.

On Monday in Lubbock County court, Eric Wise pleaded guilty to five counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of indecency with a child. Tuesday, the District Attorney's office presented evidence during the punishment phase.

Earlier this year in federal court, Wise was sentenced to 14-years in prison for producing child pornography.
