An appeal hearing for a strip club in Lubbock continues Monday morning. No decision was reached Friday. Baby Dolls owner Charles Westlund appealed his case when the Lubbock police department denied him an operating permit last year. Six of Lubbock's unsolved murder and missing person cases made national news Friday night as CNN's Nancy Grace devoted her hour long show to helping shed new light on the investigations.
