Outstanding Teaching & Research Awards

Four Texas Tech faculty members were honored Friday by the University and the Health Sciences Center.

The four were named recipients of the Chancellor's Council Distinguished Teaching and Research Awards. Each received $10,000 and a plaque.

Dr. Ellen Peffley and Dr. Barbara Johnston were awarded the distinguished teaching award, while Dr. Douglas Stocco and Dr. James Dickens were named distinguished researchers.
