Lubbock Man Arrested for Child Pornography

Twelve days after authorities found child pornography on his computer, a Lubbock man is behind bars.

Michael Toomey was arrested and appeared in federal court Monday. Last week, a federal grand jury indicted the 59-year-old on two counts of child pornography and four counts of transporting child porn from Colorado to Texas.
