Airlines Add New Options for Lubbock Travelers - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Dallas connection is making it easier for you to fly from Lubbock to Missouri.

Southwest Airlines began direct flights from Dallas Love Field to Kansas City and St. Louis on Tuesday. American Airlines also announced plans for a similar service starting March 2nd. American will offer sixteen daily flights from Love Field to Kansas City, St. Louis, Austin and San Antonio.

These changes come just weeks after President Bush signed legislation adding Missouri to the states allowed to be served directly from Love Field.
