Grand Jury Indicts Lubbock Man on Kidnapping Charge - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Tuesday, a Lubbock grand jury indicted Darde Williams on three charges including aggravated assault and kidnapping.

Williams is accused of forcing his girlfriend Linda Garza into her car at gunpoint on November 10th. He then allegedly fired shots at Garza's sisters when she tried to intervene. Police located both Williams and Garza a few blocks away. Garza was not harmed.
