Libertarian Candidate Runs For County District Clerk - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Libertarians are announcing a candidate for Lubbock County District Clerk.

Matthew Harlow filed his intent to run Friday. If elected, Harlow promises to save taxpayer money by not accepting salary increases and opting out of the county retirement program. Incumbent Clerk Barbara Sucsy is seeking re-election on the Republican ticket. County and State Primary Elections are March 7th.
