Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Three On Drug Charges

Three people are one step closer to trial.

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Durwood Mahon, Nancy Stivers and Cory Railey on various drug charges Tuesday. Lubbock Police arrested the three on November 29th when a traffic stop led to a mobile meth lab and two possible pipe bombs.

Bomb squad technicians used a robot to detonate the suspicious devices at a park near 58th and Toledo. Police then searched the suspect's home just blocks away and uncovered more drugs.
