Hit & Run Sends Car Through Fence

Lubbock Police are looking for a driver involved in a hit and run accident Tuesday afternoon.

The wreck occurred just after 5pm Tuesday near 35th and York. Police say the driver of a white four door car hit a Ford Escort, causing the Escort to crash into a fence and then into a carport.

EMS took the driver of the Escort to the emergency room for evaluation because she is pregnant.
