It's been a busy week for the U.S. Postal Service. First the busiest mailing day of the year, and now the biggest delivery day. It's estimated that 900,000 pieces of mail were delivered Wednesday by U.S. Postal carriers here in Lubbock. That's three times the normal volume of mail on any given day.
