New details on the woman accused of kidnapping baby Priscilla Maldonado. NewsChannel 11told you Monday night a tip from the Amarillo area led to the arrest of Stephanie Lynn Anderson Jones. Tuesday, we learned Jones once lived there, or at least she claimed so on an application she filled out to rent a mobile home in north Lubbock. NewsChannel 11's Ben Lawson has more.
