Children's Toys
We begin at Target where some of your holiday shopping may have began. Target is recalling the Little Tree Mini-Learning Cube. Small wooden pegs in the toy can come loose posing a choking hazard. The cube is an eight inch square wooden box with a different activity in each side. Target sold the toys from June through November of this year for $15. Children's Books
Advantage Publishers is recalling some children's books. If the clear plastic container is removed from the book's back cover or breaks, children can access the beads. The books are intended for infants 6 months to 18 months so the possibility poses a choking hazard. Stores nationwide sold the books from May 2003 through November of this year. Pajamas
These pajama sets fail to meet federal stands for flammability. The sets include a tank top and pair of shorts with the name Bobby by Bobby Jack. The pajamas were sold in four colors: green, fuchsia, light blue and light pink in sizes extra small through extra large. The pajama tops have a large, rubber decal of one or more monkeys on the front, and the bottoms have a monkey print on them. JCPenny stores sold the pajamas from April though June of this year for $15. You can return them to any JCPenny store for a refund. Plastic Whistles
The next product may have been won here at Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza chain is recalling a plastic siren whistle because internal pieces can detach, posing a choking hazard. Kids could redeem 15 game tickets for the whistles from July 2005 through August 2005. Consumers can get a few replacement whistle at Chuck E Cheese. Baby Jumpers
Finally, children could fall to the floor in these Bounce Bounce Baby! door jumpers. Kids II Inc. is recalling the jumpers because a clamp that attaches the seat to a door frame can break. Model number 6753 is written on the seat. The seats were sold nationwide from January through November of this year for $20.
