Lubbock Police Make Arrest Following I-27 Accident - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The driver claims he doesn't remember anything, but Lubbock police are still asking questions.

Police arrested a 35-year old man at a duplex in the 1300 Block of 51st Street around 2:45 Thursday morning. They believe that's where the man fled after getting into a wreck on I-27. Officers think he was trying to exit when he hit a sign and slammed into a retaining wall. EMS took the driver to UMC for head injuries. The investigation continues.
