T.J. Patterson Spends Christmas with Those in Jail

It's not your typical Christmas tradition, but for one former city councilman, stopping by the Lubbock County Jail has been on his holiday to do list for the last 19 years.

Every Christmas you can find T.J. Patterson visiting with inmates at the Lubbock County Jail. Sunday Patterson toured the jail along with some of his family and friends. He shook hands with inmates and made sure to share some words of encouragement. Patterson says he stops by because sometimes even family members don't take the time to show that they care.
