One Tahoka woman has made teaching the bible to school children a way of life. She's been doing it for 22-years. The life of fallen soldier Andrew Velez was celebrated with a prayer service Friday morning in Lubbock. This is an especially difficult time for the Velez family, because this is the second time they will have to bury a son.

The Department of Defense now indicates that Velez suffered gunshot wounds in a non-combat related incident. And, that his death is under investigation.
