A 13-year-old Lubbock girl is now the victim of an online predator. 24-year-old Joshua Heath Zuniga is accused of enticing the young girl to send pornographic images of herself over the Internet. On Wednesday, he was indicted by a federal grand jury on several counts of child pornography. NewsChannel 11's Jennifer Vogel has learned the victim was related to the predator.

The National Weather Service says it wasn't a tornado, but winds up to 70 miles per hour that blew through Spur Tuesday night. At least one family is homeless and several others are just trying to deal with the damage. NewsChannel 11's Ben Lawson traveled to Spur and has this story.
